Automation System Performance Evaluation Control Tuning Service

ASPECTS provides plant management, maintenance, and operations personnel with a roadmap toward achieving optimized plant operation. The service includes an onsite evaluation for automation systems for process, electrical, and safety systems.

ASPECTS is comprised of three parts:

1. Automation Systems Performance Evaluation

On-site evaluation of integrated automation systems hardware, software, and networks for all process oriented systems. An evaluation of integrated systems and identification of integration optimization opportunities available to improve operating efficiency for regulatory, batch, advanced control, and utilitarian automation systems.

2. Process Systems Performance Evaluation

On-site review of process systems performance based on collection and analysis of plant historical data. Tuning of process controls in conjunction with report results.

3. ASPECTS Report

A report which outlines a strategy to optimize existing process automation systems. This includes process tuning of regulatory, batch, and advanced process controls in conjunction with existing process modeling data.

Your annual ASPECTS report assesses key performance indicators required to align automation and process improvement projects to optimize reliability, quality, throughput, availability, and HSE aspects of your production facility.
