Safety takes precedence and it starts with our employees. They are our most important assets, and their safety is Cimation's number one priority. This principle has had a strong, positive impact on all aspects of our projects.

As an Audubon Engineering Company, Cimation takes a proactive approach regarding client safety procedures. We comply with all safety rules, regulations, and requirements of the facilities in which we work. Our safety practices include:

• Weekly/daily on-site safety meetings
• SAFEGULF compliant
• OSHA basic and site-specific training
• ISNetworld contractor

Safety Ratings

We take pride in providing a safe, accident-free working environment. Our focus on safety helps protect our employees and save our clients money. With a zero fatality rate since our inception, Audubon Engineering's statistics demonstrate the success of our programs:

• EMR (Experience Modification Rate) below 1.0 for past six years
• OSHA RCIR (Recordable Case Incident Rate) each year since 1999 = 0
• OSHA LWCR (Lost-Workday Case Rate) each year since 1999 = 0

Safety Plan

Cimation employees are in compliance with all safety rules and regulations as specified by our clients. Prior to commencement of our services, the Cimation Project Manager will discuss all required safety training with the client's designated safety representative. The Project Manager will also coordinate with the local Contractor Safety Council (or other qualified safety training organization) to obtain the necessary safety qualifications for all personnel assigned to perform work at the client's site. Audubon Engineering is part of the ISNetworld safety reporting system, and our safety performance is continually reviewed by ISNetworld for reporting to their subscribers.

Industry Recognition

Audubon Engineering recently received the 2007 LWCC Safest 70 Award from the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation. This award, presented to only 70 of LWCC's approximately 22,000 policyholders, acknowledges exemplary dedication and commitment to workplace safety. Companies are recognized based on the effectiveness of their safety efforts in preventing injuries and controlling costs.

Drug Policy

All of Cimation's employees are subjected to pre-employment drug screening and to random drug screening thereafter. The screening selection and implementation are provided by a DOT-recognized drug screening laboratory, which complies with DOT requirements and meets the demands of all oil and gas operators and transportation companies.
